The Yvonne are long X-Large mittens, handmade in Quebec with passion, meticulousness, and immense attention to detail 💕 Their creation requires 16 h 50 of artisanal work, one at a time, making them a unique creation, strong and elegant at the same time. A classic that stands out and makes its mark ✨

These mittens are made from recycled furs and new leather from scraps, combining durability, warmth, and refinement 🌿 Almost the entire mitten is made of a magnificent red leather, vibrant and assertive, while the underside of the thumbs is made of black leather 🖤 to create a chic and distinctive contrast. A band of recycled black rabbit fur adorns the wrist and thumbs, bringing incomparable softness and a very elegant finish ❤️ On the top of the forearm, the Art’Abaska logo is delicately embroidered in black thread, for a sophisticated and signature touch.

The Yvonne are designed to offer a perfect fit: they feature a wrist tightening strap as well as a self-tightening cord on the forearm, to comfortably hug the arm and better retain warmth ✔️

Inside, there is a removable felt and fleece system, designed to facilitate drying and washing. This interior provides enveloping warmth while remaining breathable 🔥 The Yvonne are very warm, well-insulated, comfortable mittens designed to prevent overheating or sweaty hands, even on more active days.

Each pair is a true work of art signed Art’Abaska 🌟 No two are ever alike. They are truly unique and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing the ethical origin of the materials 🪶

All my creations are made from carefully selected recycled materials. Due to their previous history, some leathers or furs may show slight signs of time, such as a small crack, a variation in texture, or a micro-imperfection.

Rest assured that if an item leaves my workshop, these peculiarities are strictly aesthetic and in no way affect the use, solidity, durability, or function of the product. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure a reliable, functional, and long-lasting product.
