Exchange and Return Policy – ArtAbaska
At ArtAbaska, each creation is handmade in Quebec from upcycled materials. Each piece is unique and cannot be reproduced.
No refunds are offered.
Exchanges are possible only for size adjustments, under certain conditions.
To guide you in your choice, a detailed size chart is available in the last photo of each product. It is essential to refer to it before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges – size adjustment only
I understand that a size may not fit. Therefore, I accept exchanges only for size adjustments (e.g., Small to Medium, 7 to 8).
Important conditions:
• The item must be new, unworn, and unused
• No signs of wear will be accepted
• The item must be returned in its original condition
👉 If a product shows signs of use, the exchange will be refused, and the item will be returned to you.
Procedure:
- Contact me upon receipt
- Return the item at your expense
- I will ship the new size to you once received
✔ Return shipping to you is free
✔ The customer pays for the initial shipment
Price adjustment:
Any price difference will be adjusted (to be paid or refunded).
